Starter Weight Loss Package

(a minimum of two months is recommended for best results)
All Medication/prescriptions are dispensed every 30 days. Medication will not be dispensed without a monthly in-person visit.

Non Refundable Consultation fee- $75.00.
Consultations can be done by video conference or in person. Consultation fee must be paid prior to visit Monthly Payment plans are available. Payment is due at the beginning of every month. All patients require a complete physical, and labwork in the last 6 months (CBC, CMP, TSH, INSULIN LEVELS, Testosterone levels) before starting the program. If you don’t have a current provider, our office can provide this for you for you – you can choose to bill your insurance or pay out of pocket.
